This practice is rooted in:

  • 🧠 Neurodivergent-affirming care

  • 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽 Consent-based, collaborative therapy

  • 🌱 Sensory awareness and pacing

  • 🔍 Curiosity over pathologizing

Together, we’ll move at a pace that respects your nervous system and honors your full self — without shame, pressure, or masking.

I bring warmth, creativity, and lived experience into every session.
This is your space to slow down, feel seen, and breathe again.

🌿 What to Expect

Sessions are gentle, collaborative, and paced around your nervous system.

You never have to push, perform, or figure it all out ahead of time.
Together, we’ll make space for what’s showing up — and respond with care.

❤️ My Approach

Hi, I’m Traci Regis — a licensed professional counselor and a neurodivergent human.

I live with ADHD, the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) trait, and self-diagnosed autism. I’m also a mom to two neurodivergent kids, and I’ve spent years navigating school systems, county services, and the emotional load that comes with caring deeply — at home, at work, and in the world.

So when I say “I get it,” I truly mean it.
The overwhelm. The overstimulation. The exhaustion that comes from trying to hold it all together.
You don’t have to do that here.
